PRIZE CLAIM:  All prizes can be claimed at our corporate offices located at 3420 Pine Tree Road in Lansing, MI. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm / closed Saturday-Sunday & holidays.  All winners are required to show ID. No prizes will be mailed.
