This happened on the west bound I-96 - 6/7/10 - 3:00 pm-3:30 pm. If there was a law about driving and talking on the cell phone would the state workers obey it? This guy was driving in the fast lane doing 80 wasn't paying attention to other drivers. After I took his picture he did his best to catch me. If a cop would have seen his driving he could have at lest 5 tickets.The only reason he didn't catch me I was on my bike. This a fine example of state worker being above all.Do you know this guy????
